Nizubaglustat is an investigational new drug that is being evaluated by Azafaros BV for the treatment of Niemann–Pick disease type C. It is a dual inhibitor of glucosylceramide synthase (GCS; UGCG) and the non-lysosomal glucocerebrosidase (GBA2).
