UK-447841 is a neprilysin inhibitor (NEPI) which was under development for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction. It is taken as-needed orally. The drug is intended to work by inhibiting vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) hydrolysis by neprilysin (NEP).
