Esreboxetine (developmental code names AXS-14, PNU-165442G) is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It is the (S,S)-(+)-enantiomer of reboxetine and is even more selective as a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor in comparison.
